    Easyday Sport

    Move easy. Recover easier.

A home for the active community that trains with Easyday. Weekly workouts from professional trainer Dave, plus honest guidance on where gummies, vapes and CoolMST sprays actually fit into a walking, running, yoga or strength routine.

    Every kind of movement counts

From a slow morning loop around the block to a heavy day under the bar. Here's how our community pairs their routine.

    Walking

    Low intensity

Long neighborhood loops and trail walks where a low dose keeps the mind quiet and the pace easy.

    Community pairing

5mg gummy (half a Balanced piece)

    Running

    Moderate to high

Base miles, tempo work and race-day nerves. Micro-dose before, recover after.

    Community pairing

Up & Focus micro-dose pre, Rest & Relax post

    Yoga & Mobility

    Low intensity

Deeper breath, longer holds, less mental chatter through flow and restorative work.

    Community pairing

    CoolMST spray, 1-2 metered sprays

    Strength Training

    High intensity

Save it for the cooldown so your bar path and body awareness stay sharp under load.

    Community pairing

Post-session Smooth & Sensual or Slumber

    Cycling & Spin

    Moderate

Long steady rides pair beautifully with a low dose once you're off busy roads.

    Community pairing

Up & Focus gummy on longer efforts

    Hiking & Outdoors

    Moderate

Rock Creek, Billy Goat Trail, the C&O towpath. All-day movement, all-day sunshine.

The 30-Minute Walk That Resets Your Nervous System

Most people chase intensity when what they actually need is rhythm. Here's the low-dose walking protocol I give every new client in their first two weeks.

Micro-Dosing Before a Long Run: What Actually Works

I've coached runners who swear by it and runners who ruined a race with it. The difference is almost always dose size and timing, not the product.

Strength Training: Why You Should Wait Until After the Last Set

Barbell work demands proprioception. Here's my case for keeping the lifting portion of your day completely clear-headed.

    When to take what

Format and timing matter more than dose size. Start low, keep it consistent, and never test something new on a big training day.

    160-75 min before

    Gummies

Edibles take time. Take them early enough that onset lands during your warm-up, not mid-effort. Start at a quarter to half piece.

    25-10 min before

    CoolMST spray

Metered sprays come on quickly and predictably, which makes them the easiest option to dial in for yoga, mobility and cooldowns.

    3During

    Keep it clean

We don't recommend dosing mid-workout. Let whatever you took before ride out, hydrate, and finish the session you planned.

    4After

    Recovery window

This is the sweet spot. Cooldown, mobility, food and sleep. Rest & Relax and Slumber formats are built for exactly this.
